  6. Make ready 1 envelope Ranch mix
  7. Make ready 24 oz Can of black beans (drained)
  8. Take 1/4 cup chopped onion
  9. Prepare Jalapenos, cheese, sour cream

Lay chicken breasts on top of the mixture, pressing down slightly just until covered by the other ingredients. Instructions In a large pot add the diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, pinto beans, cream of chicken, chicken breast, green enchilada sauce, chicken broth, and homemade taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer over medium heat. Add all the remaining soup ingredients to the pot except for the cream cheese, chicken, and salt & pepper.

Instructions to make Chicken Taco Soup:
  1. Add canned corn (keep fluid) to crockpot
  2. Add everything else into crockpot except jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream. Drain black beans. Stir
  3. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours
  4. Once cooked shred chicken (I use a fork) then stir.
  5. Serve with jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream on top to your taste

Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer over medium heat. Add all the remaining soup ingredients to the pot except for the cream cheese, chicken, and salt & pepper. Increase the heat to high and bring the soup to a boil. Add the taco seasoning and stir into the onion mixture. Add the box of chicken stock, salsa, diced tomatoes, beans, and chicken to the pot.
