- Pour a little more water, mould and add the yam- for thickener, add the remaining crayfish, pepper soup spices, enough pepper, okpeyi, seasoning cubes, uziza, utazi and salt. Stir and check the ingredients to taste.
- Allow to cook for 5mins. PS- you can put a drop of palm oil just to give it a facelift🥰
Then add the dried fish, stock cube, pepper and salt to taste in the soup. Bring down from fire and enjoy your soup served with pounded yam or fufu. Turn the flame down to medium, add and stir in the pounded yam flour. Continue stirring until you have a smooth and soft texture. Cut the yam into small cubes with salt and pound to perfection.
