- Reduce the oil and add in the onions and ginger and garlic paste and the attarugu fry for 2mins and add in the carrots,green beans,peas,and fry till tender
- Add in the spices and seasonings and fry for 3-4mins and add in the rice gently add in the stock and cover for some mins
- And readuce the flame Add in the greenpepper and serve
- U can add in foil paper and coal and add little oil on it and immediately cover the pot for some mins and remove the foil (i used the coal to get the smoke)
Drain the rice and add to the casserole dish. Pour in the chicken stock and coconut milk and stir in the diced chilli, garlic, beans and most of the spring onions and thyme leaves.
