Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to medium and stir occasionally. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

  1. Shallow fry the chicken and carrots and keep aside
  2. Put some butter in a pan and add in the ginger,garlic and corn kernels. Add up the chicken/carrots, saute well and pour the chicken stock over.
  3. When the mixture comes to boil, add in some diluted corn starch to prepare the thickness of the soup. Add the egg whites carefully on the top with some crushed peppercorns
  4. Serve it warm with croutons/biscuits.
