Instructions Place broth, creamed corn, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, ginger, garlic and cornflour / water mixture in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to medium and stir occasionally. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken.

  8. Then take out the cooked chicken and shred it
  9. Then put the corn n shredded chicken again in the same pot and cook.
  10. Cook well until both things gets homogenized.
  11. Then take corn flour and dissolve in water.
  12. Add it into the chicken n corn mixture,until desired consistency is achieved..keep stirring the spoon so that lumps aur not formed.
  13. Next take 2 eggs and beat them well.
  14. Next take the spoon with narrow holes and pass the egg through it into the soup.
  15. Beautiful strands of eggs aur formed.
  16. For garnishing along…put soya sauce in one bowl, green chillies n vinegar in other bowl, chilli sauce n ketchup in other bowls.
  17. Serve hot and enjoy.
