- Prepare 1 tbsp Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

- Get 1/2 Cup Gajar (Carrot) julienne
- Make ready 1/2 Cup green bell pepper julienne
- Make ready 1/4 cup Red bell pepperjulienne

Sizzler is a dish which we usually don't make at home. Heat the Chicken sizzler plate till it is very hot, now carefully place it on the wooden plate. On one side place stir fired hakka noddles/ hakka noodles/flavored rice or fried rice. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt into the noodles and mix it well.

- Prepare Noodles - -Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. - Add ½ tablespoon chopped ginger and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic,2, tablespoons of Julienned carrots,2 tablespoons of capsicum, 2 tablespoons of cabbage - Mix and sauté for 30 seconds. - Add noodles and toss to mix. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns,a pinch of sugar and some of the spring onion greens and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well..
- Prepare Grilled Chicken: - -In bowl,add sugar,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce,vinegar and mix well. - -Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 1 hour. - -In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken fillets,grill on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 7-10 minutes each side).
- Prepare Sizzling Sauce: - -In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt. - -Add onion,garlic and mix well. - -Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute. - -Add soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,chili garlic sauce and mix well. - -Add chicken stock,whisk until well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens & set aside.
- Prepare Vegetables: - -In wok,add cooking oil,green onion leaves and mix well. - -Add fresh parsley and mix. - -Add the remaining carrots,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,red bell pepper,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.
- Assembling: - -Heat sizzler pan,add butter,Noodles,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet,prepared sizzling sauce & serve!
On one side place stir fired hakka noddles/ hakka noodles/flavored rice or fried rice. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt into the noodles and mix it well. Put the sizzler plate for heating on direct flame. Put noodles and schezwan chicken on the hot plate. Arrange the grilled vegetables on the top and sides of the plate.
