Directions: In a large pot, boil water and cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, vegetables, milk, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, salt, pepper, melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add the noodles to the chicken mixture. Pour the soup mixture over the noodles in the baking pan and mix into the noodles.

- Preheat oven to 350
- Place chicken on backing sheet and bake for 30 min. Set aside to cool
- In the large mixing bowl mix all ingredients besides noodles and chicken together

- Pour in 2.5 qt casserole pan and bake 1 hour.

Drain the two cans of chicken meat and add the chicken to the baking dish mixing with a large spoon to evenly distribute the chicken. Add the can of drained peas to the baking dish and with a large spoon gently fold the peas into the other ingredients. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted, optional.
